Refund & Exchange Policy

ReemanAI Company (CR No. 7053996133) is committed to customer satisfaction and adheres to the consumer protection provisions of the Saudi E-Commerce Law (Royal Decree M/126) and the regulations of the Ministry of Commerce.

2. Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have the right to withdraw from a purchase and return a product within seven (7) days from the date of receiving the product, without providing a reason, provided that:

• The product is in its original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact.
• The product is not a customized, personalized, or made-to-order item.
• The product is not a digital good that has been downloaded or accessed.
• The product is not perishable or has a limited shelf life.

3. Extended Return Period

For products found to be defective or not matching the description provided at the time of purchase, the return period is extended to fourteen (14) days from the date of delivery.

Shipping & Delivery Policy

2. Delivery Timelines

• Major Cities (Riyadh, Jeddah, Dammam): 2–5 business days from order confirmation.
• Other Regions within KSA: 5–8 business days from order confirmation.
• Remote Areas: 7–12 business days, depending on logistics partner coverage.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control including customs procedures, holidays, and force majeure events.

3. Order Processing

Orders placed before 2:00 PM (AST) on business days are processed the same day. Orders placed after this time or on weekends and public holidays are processed the next business day.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the delivery location and order weight/dimensions. Free shipping promotions may be offered periodically and will be clearly indicated at the time of purchase.

5. Order Tracking

A tracking number and link will be provided via email and/or SMS once the order has been dispatched. Customers may track their delivery status in real-time through our website or the logistics partner's tracking portal.

6. Failed Delivery Attempts

If delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect address, recipient unavailability, or refusal:

• The logistics partner will attempt delivery up to three (3) times.
• After three failed attempts, the package will be returned to our warehouse.
• The customer will be contacted to arrange redelivery, which may incur additional shipping charges.

7. Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery addresses. REEMAN.AI is not liable for delays or non-delivery resulting from incorrect address information provided by the customer.

8. Damaged Shipments

If a package arrives in a visibly damaged condition, the customer should:

• Document the damage with photographs before opening.
• Report the damage to our support team within 48 hours of delivery.
• We will arrange an inspection and issue a replacement or full refund as applicable.
